Welcome! I’m Courtney, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher with over 20 years of experience in helping clients find relief from chronic pain, stress, and anxiety. My work is grounded in the belief that true wellness is about cultivating harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. This can be nurtured through consistent, mindful practices that meet us where we are in each season of life.
As a massage therapist, I specialize in therapeutic massage, using techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Myofascial to help clients release old holding patterns, break the cycle of pain, and regain mobility. I’m also certified in prenatal massage therapy, supporting pregnant persons through each stage of their journey. Over the years, I’ve seen how regular massage not only addresses immediate discomfort but also contributes to long-term health and wellbeing.
Through my own wellness journey, I discovered that caring for ourselves goes beyond any single modality. That’s why I created the eMbodied Membership, where I share movement, mindfulness, and mindset practices to support you in between bodywork sessions. My approach is about meeting you where you are, offering tools for movement, moments of stillness, and introspective practices that fit into even the busiest schedule.
In my yoga classes, you’ll find practices to help you both challenge and reconnect with yourself- whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what feels best in your body, so you can carry that awareness into every part of your life.
When I’m not working, you'll likely find me outdoors, writing (check out my Substack), or curled up with a good book alongside my pup, Stella.
Thank you for being here. I look forward to working together to support your wellbeing in every way I can.
